The Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, developing the sanatorium and resort industry of the country, pays special attention to strengthening human resources. In a relatively short time, the institute was able to significantly strengthen professional teams both in the central office and in the branches, as well as contribute to the development of specialists throughout the industry.

Established partnerships with domestic and foreign organizations provide employees with the opportunity to participate in scientific and practical conferences, professional development programs, exhibitions and other events that help them grow professionally.

Today, the Institute is escorting the Chief Specialist of the Department of Digitalization and Software, Dana Maidan, to a new educational level. She joined the Research Institute as a very young specialist after studying at Astana IT University with a degree in IT Project Manager and in a year and a half of work she managed to make a significant contribution to the institution's digital projects.

Now Dana will continue her studies at Poli Design (Milan, Italy) under the Рremium design management program. Poli Design is a part of the Polytechnic University of Milan, one of the strongest technical universities in Europe and the world. The University is known for its programs in the field of product, interior, service and fashion design and for its close ties with the industry.

The Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation is sincerely pleased with the success of its staff and wishes Dana a successful education and return home with new experience that will be valuable for the development of the industry and the country.
